Born in Sicily, Giuseppe Zona has lived and worked in South Tyrol for 30 years and directs his skills in the kitchen of our Hotel Andreas Hofer. He is a man full of a passion for cooking, who understands how to delight the palates of our guests with his artistry on a daily basis. He conjures up exquisite dishes of the highest level, adopting all the culinary advantages of fresh regional and seasonal products. Sources of inspiration stem both from the cuisine of his adopted home of South Tyrol as well as those of Italy. A combination that comes to the fore in the delectable dishes of our chef de cuisine.
